Martin Jankowski

Guest Teaching Artist

Martin Jankowski is a multi-awarded Berlin-based writer and poet who published songs, four poetry books, tales and short stories, essay books, literary criticism, nonfiction on history and culture, and a novel about 1989 (Rabet, 1999). Martin is a regular guest at international festivals and universities; as a cultural activist, he curates international projects and festivals and hosts several regular literary salons. Since 2017, he has been Chief Editor of the Stadtsprachen Magazin. Member of PEN Berlin.
