Refund Policy

Refund Before the Event

The customer will receive a 100% refund of payment if the refund request is sent to wowsojourns@gmail.com at least 90 days before the first day of the event paid for.
The customer will receive a 50% refund of payment if the refund request is sent to wowsojourns@gmail.com at least 60 days before the first day of the event paid for.
The customer is not entitled to any refund if the refund request is sent to wowsojourns@gmail.com 59 days or less before the first day of the event paid for.
If the customer’s request for refund is approved, the refund will be sent to customer’s credit card (or original method of payment).

Refund During the Event

All customers will be given a 100% refund if they are present during the first day of the event paid for, but the event is cancelled by Writing on Water (WOW) Corporation.
All activities are optional. If the customer decides not to participate in any of the scheduled activities when the event has already started, there will be no refund.
There will also be no refund if the customer’s refusal to participate in the scheduled activities is due to dissatisfaction or other personal reasons.

Shipping Policy

Writing on Water (WoW) Corporation does not ship creative writing materials or official receipts to customers via postal mail.
However, the customer may request creative writing materials such as the booklet or travel information, or the official receipt, by sending a letter-request to wowsojourns@gmail.com that he/she would like a copy of these materials prior to the scheduled event. These materials will be mailed at the expense of the customer to the customer’s registered address.
All letter-requests for creative writing materials such as the booklet or travel information, or the official receipt must be sent to wowsojourns@gmail.com at least 30 days before the first day of the event paid for.
