The variety of activities was perfect; a mix of intellectual exercises, (readings, writing), brisk walks and yoga stretches, and a spiritual component through runes. Just sitting by the fireplace and communicating with the people in our group was so satisfying. The relaxation and the stimulation were perfectly balanced. Thank you to the organizers for their careful planning, support, and facilitation; and to Kavita A. Jindal for sharing her poems and stories. I had no particular expectations about this trip, but if I did I know this experience would have been far above and beyond what I could imagine!”
